Sixth Grade Science and Social Studies
Chad Landrum
25-26 will be my 10th year teaching and I am excited to do it with the Clara Brown team! I have been a middle school special education teacher the last 7 years, and I have taught in Lawrence, Massachusetts (with Teach for America), Bloomington, Indiana (while my partner was in grad school at IU), and most recently at Dunstan Middle in Lakewood. My BA and MA degrees are in history, and I am thrilled to be moving into a social studies/ science role! I hail from the great American city of New Orleans! Fun fact: I went to a magnet, STEM high school, where I was in the first graduating class. Almost like the CBEA 6th graders! Outside of school, I like to read, hike, lift weights, cook, game, and more. My partner and I are climbing the highest point of every state. We’ve done 36 so far and hope to do a few this summer!
