Diamond Nicholson
Diamond Nicholson (Ms. Diamond) is a 4th year teacher but entering her first year as a 1st Grade teacher here at Clara Brown. Diamond strives to be a teacher who encourages and uplifts students to see their potential and importance in this world, recognizing their backgrounds while also not seeing it as a hindrance of the quality of learning they deserve. Born and raised in CO, she enjoys being the eldest sibling of 7, spending time outdoors, reading, attending church, and cooking. She graduated from Colorado State with her Bachelor's and Master’s in Early Childhood Education. Her favorite scripture is Psalm 46:5 and her favorite educational quote is, “Knowledge is Power.” When entering Ms. Diamond’s classroom, she hopes learners (and families) feel welcomed, loved, and hyped up from the music!
