THIRD GRADE TEACHER

Sadie Honey

Sadie Honey was born and raised in western Montana. She earned her BA in Spanish and Anthropology from Tulane University in New Orleans. Her studies there included a year spent at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain. After college she taught English for a year in Costa Rica, then moved back to the US where she spent 20 years as a technology professional in San Francisco and Los Angeles. During that time she also earned her Master's in Library and Information Science from UCLA. She served as a health sciences librarian at UCSF and later as a solo entrepreneur created a mobile game that helped kids practice social and emotional skills.

Sadie is excited to use her teaching and technology experience to join her students to explore entrepreneurial mindsets. Together, they will also foster their independence, perseverance, collaboration, and confidence. Outside of school Sadie can be found reading, exploring the world, and spending time in the mountains with her family.
