Katrina Sherrell

Katrina Sherrell is excited to begin her new role as a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education teacher leader. As a true learner Katrina has spent the last 14 years in Aurora Public Schools in various roles starting from being a classroom teacher as well as reading interventionist for the last 3 years at CBEA. Katrina has earned her Master’s degree in foreign languages, linguistics and pedagogy and it has been a pleasure to serve students from diverse backgrounds over the years. When Katrina is not working, she loves watching her children play sports, travelling and learning about psychology and health. 
Katrina’s true passion is seeing the best in students and adults and helping those qualities develop into true talents that can shape their successful futures.
